SHIPPING
​LOCAL VANCOUVER DELIVERIES
We offer flat rate single day local delivery within Vancouver & lower mainland. Deliveries are made every alternate day. You will receive an email to notify you of the arrival date.

CANADA WIDE SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for your package to arrive.

SHIPPING DURING HOLIDAYS
Deliveries during holiday times (e.g. Christmas) may take a bit longer than expected. We may not have all the answers, but we do know which toys are useful and magical. So you can rest easy & look through our delightful collection for your special ones.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For in-store purchases, online pickups and local delivery, we offer exchanges only within two weeks of purchase. Products must be unopened and in resalable condition with original receipt. SALE / FINAL SALE items are excluded.​
We do not offer exchanges on shipped items, unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Please email us with your order information to begin the process.
